Each year, several outstanding Pianoman scholars are offered places on residential courses throughout Britain in school holiday time. Courses are held at universities (recently York, Manchester, Canterbury Christ Church, Liverpool Hope, Nottingham) and other major centres including Dartington Hall in Devon, Charterhouse School, Prior Park School in Bath and Tonbridge School, Kent. The courses provide a unique opportunity for talented young pianists to play together with others of similar age who share the same interests and passion \u2013 an unforgettable experience according to past participants.<\/p>\n
Our most recent course in February 2018 at Monkton Combe School, Bath, was an opportunity for some\u00a0of our most advanced scholars to rehearse and perform a selection of works with top London orchestral players\u00a0Stephen Stirling (horn) and\u00a0<\/span>Chris O'Neal (oboe).<\/p>\n
